UEFA EURO 2016™

The UEFA European Championship is nearly upon us and we’re looking forward to a month long season of football fun. From raucous evenings at the pub to inch perfect passes and newcomers, we’re predict that Euro 2016 is going to be a thrilling show, both on and off the pitch.

As some of the biggest sports brands take centre stage, we’re hugely excited to see how our favourite teams and football stars will be kitted out. This year German sports giant, Puma, will be providing the threads for no less than five national teams and they’re ALL in the finals – amazing!

Italy

We’ve decided to give Italy prime position as their kit was unveiled as the first country Puma would be dressing for the Euro 2016 Championship. They’ve also recently signed a deal which means they’ll be designing the Italy kits for the next decade so, without further ado, scroll down.

The Italy Euro 2016 kit  features a three stripe pattern on the front, which incorporates the nation’s three coloured flag.  Look closer and you’ll notice the inside of the neckline reads “Tradizione” (tradition in Italian).

Switzerland

The Switzerland Euro 2016 kit introduces a bold and smart style which features the nation’s traditional red and white. Finer details can be seen inside of the collar which displays a colourful graphic inspired of course by Swiss design.

Slovakia

This year is a particular milestone for Slovakia as it’s their first-ever participation in the European championship.  It’s only fitting therefore that their kit features a bold design. Check out the shirt which combines a white base with a subtle hoop at the collar and complementary blue tones.

Czech Republic

This is the eye-catching get-up for the Czech Republic Euro 2016 kit and it boasts an impressive design with two striking shades of red. Details include a unique chevron graphic with the darker red featured on the sleeves and the hoop of the round neck collar.

Austria

Clean and modern – this is the Puma Austria Euro 2016 kit. The jersey is mainly red with an intricate diagonal graphic on the front and for those with a sharp eye, what do you notice? Yes, the crest has been changed, dropping the shield part and retaining only the Austria coat of arms.
