SQUAD goals have reached its peak on the internet, with celebrities and influencers making the term/hashtag a goal for our friends to accomplish since 2015. The question is whether or not #squadgoals is still a thing in 2017? With Glastonbury soon approaching, we can’t help but wonder what different character-types will show up and make the fashion headlines this year. Will it be the model turned designer with her stylish gang or the blogger turned model with her influential crew?

 Sheer Tinted Sunglasses

When it comes to sunglasses, you really have to consider which frame better suits your face shape. With tinted sunglasses, however, the only thing you need to consider is your favourite colour – the rest is up to you and the gang’s wardrobe coordination skills. Tinted lenses have been spotted by fearless fashionista’s, who aren’t afraid of a little exposure. Top brands such as Celine, Saint Laurent, and Ray Ban are all very into contrasting the colourway trend. Under the radar brand, Komono has also been paying attention to coloured shades this season. We’re really into these green-tinted lenses by SL.

Retro Oval Sunglasses

These are the shades for the regular Glastonbury goer. If there’s a member of your squad who’s not into posing for Instagram as they’re more concerned with finding a better spot than last year’s and the year before that – this is the pair for them. Retro oval sunglasses are perfect for those who want to keep it cool and grimy (in a good way).

These are the frames for the wanderer. The one who finds themselves near the front of the stage during the XX performance and then back to the general area to groove to Solange with the rest of the squad. Be free and float on (with or without the squad) in these Bevel Round Celine sunnies this year.

If glitter had an owner, it would be Gucci. No other brand can claim this one – sorry, but Beyonce and Rihanna’s love for the brand’s recent collections’ confirms this. Given that glitter frames have recently been worn by pop starlets, it only makes sense that these frames were worn by the ‘diva’ in the group. Slay like Queen Bey and own the night with these Gucci Sunglasses.

Circle Frame Sunglasses

Round frame wearers are usually synonymous with people who have an infectious personality and a vintage look that’s always ‘on trend’. Leave it to this member of the squad to organize free access to VIP tents and keep the positive energy flowing throughout the weekend.
